Our budding chefs have been busy in our Stephanie Alexander kitchen again this term. Once
a fortnight , e
very student comes into the kitchen
for a cooking session
. We base our meals with ingredients that the students have grown in the farm.
This past fortnight our students baked Focaccia with tomatoes and rosemary. The smell coming from the kitchen was amazing. The students made dough, chopped the herbs, added the topping to the focaccia and served and ate their cooking in the dining room.
