Swimming

Swimming is a priority program that is provided to our students in Term one and Term four of the school year. Our school accesses the Norville and Tom Quinn Centre complexes for weekly lessons. Students engage in modified water experiences to encourage water confidence and safety and develop a variety of essential skills when in and around water. The Bundaberg Special School Swimming Carnival is an annual event that is held in Term 4. It is a great opportunity for students to participate in races and games. It allows students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills learned throughout the year.
