Transition Co-ordinator Tasha Giovannoni tgiov@eq.edu.au In 2023 Bundaberg Special School introduced the role of Transition Coordinator to the leadership team. This position is based within the senior sector to close the gap between senior schooling and life postschool. The mission statement for this role is: To allow EVERY senior student at the Bundaberg Special school the opportunity to transition to a meaningful, authentic post school pathway.
